Team Actimel Meeting #1
Lamor Theatre on Wednesday 4th November
Present: James McNicholas, Shane Moran, Conor Smith and Michael Diskin
·The first item we did was we nominated the team leader. James said he would fulfil this position. He undertook the responsibility of submitting the assignment through Blackboard. Furthermore, James set up the weblog at blogger.com and the wiki at pbworks.com
· The second position to be filled was that of secretary. Michael said he would to this job. The role of the secretary was to take the minutes of the group meetings
· We decided to use GoogleDocs as the groups file sharing website
· As everybody had little understanding of what online office suites were, the group decided to collect information on the eight suites mentioned in the assignment outline. This work was to be completed over the weekend
· The next meeting was arranged for 12 o’clock on Monday 9th November in the Cairnes Building
